- $450.00 room rate plus tax (20% discount if food is provided by us)

- $950 room rate plus tax
- Variable set up, clean and reset fee depending on guest count
Meeting Room (holds up to 60 guests)
- $200.00 room rate plus tax
- $75 set, clean up and reset fee
- $150 for one security officer
- $75 bartender (per 60 guests
Prices do NOT include any linens.
Prices based on rectangular tables, round tables are available for $10 per table.
Security Deposits-
- The security deposit is required to hold the date of event.
Cancellation prior to 3 months of scheduled event results in forfeiture of $150 (75 guests or less), $250 (150 or less guests) and $350 (151 guests or more) of security deposit.
50% of total amount due (not including security deposit) is due 30 days from the date of placing your security deposit with the AAIC. The balance of payment required 14 days prior to event.
Please note: additions can be made after the balance due is paid (for the additional costs), HOWEVER, any deletions will not receive a credit.
